Wet wipes and a change of clothes in case of accidents, maybe a changing mat too, although I never used mine. It will also need space for other things like bottles (if you aren't breast feeding), your wallet, mobile phone, keys etc which you'll probably chuck in as you head out the door.

    I've got

Nappies, wipes, nappy sacks, change mat, bongela teething gel, burping cloth, health records, change of clothes, hat, suncream, and a couple of toys.

I usually pack a bottle of milk too if we're going to be out a while.

If you've only just had your baby or are breastfeeding you might want to pack breast pads and maternity towels.
