Talk to her about fun things while you are changing her. Try to take her mind off of the situation and give her something to look forward to (talking to her mom). My husband and I found that we almost had to evolve with my daughter. One day one thing would work and the next day it didn't. We just often tried to think of fun things to talk about, joke about, or a fun story. Best of Luck!

Shes at that age, oh and they never come out of it….. I have to bribe my wee girl to get her bum changed.
What to do is distract her, by talking to her about something, her fav cartoon character or what you both are gonna to that day, put her into a happy mood, maybe say to her that she can play with her favourit toy while you change her.
My wee girl is now 2 and I am now past the nappy stage but, it goes onto the hair, I need to give her a banana every morning while I do her hair. The Joys of Parenthood !

mostly it does not matter concentrate on the end result and do not feel bad. They usually are quite happy afterwards.
Or. leave nappy off at home and reward going to toilet it right place.
Or try bubbles. kids love bubbles, works for injections anyway.
Or tv, maybe do it while they are distracted.

Oh my baby did the same thing but she did it when she was 6 months old. She HATED getting changed and when I put her clothes on, this went on for two months. I think its just a stage. We tried telling her to hold still etc.. nothing worked until one day I just decided that when I change her I will act like her actions are not even phasing me. I didn't change my facial reactions or tone of voice nothing and after about a week more of acting out she stopped.
